Local Accountability
We service the design needs of our clients, not only from the beginning of design through the completion of the project, but we continue to be available long after the project is finished.
We have extensive experience with all approvals / entitlements and work daily with each approving agency.
We use our expertise of the local area to assist our clients with selecting a site that meets their needs as well as fulfills their goals.
As members of the local community, our office can assist in any capital campaign efforts.
We have local knowledge of the Construction Industry and use that knowledge during the construction phase.
Brian Addis, AIA
Mr. Addis was previously employed by The State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services, State Architects Office as a general field representative. While working for SAO he supervised construciton on a variety of State funded projects, including various projects at the Ohio University- Athens Campus, and The Ohio State University- Columbus Campus. Brian has a lengthy resume working with Federal, State, and Local funded projects. His active project list includes Zanesville City Schools and various projects for Genesis HealthCare System.
PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION: Registered Architect, Ohio 1991
EDUCATION: Miami University Oxford, Bachelor of Environmental Design & Architecture
Ron Van Wey, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Ron has over 20 years experience in the Architectural field. Ron's primary responsibility is as the Project Architect. Ron's experience includes managing numerous multi-million dollar projects for a variety of building types. In addition to his work at the firm, Ron is active in numerous community planning groups.
PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION: Registered Architect, Ohio 1991; Registered Architect, PA 2012;
LEED AP BD+C Accreditation and NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Board)
EDUCATION: Kent State University, Bachelor of Architecture, cum laude
